“We enjoyed the open floor, the natural light, the bakery across the street, and Jen’s friendliness. We plan to be back if in Richmond. ”

“My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. The kitchen is very small which is okay but not well pictured in the listing. No extra toilet paper just the single half roll you get when arriving. The ‘free’ parking is at max two spaces in front of the building. Which were always full. The parking lot next to it is very dirty, broken glass and full of……

“Nice apartment within a larger old building. Perfect for our evening out. We did dinner at Rappahannock (2 blocks away) and a show at The National (5 or 6 blocks). And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. ”

Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. “Property was great! Two small things that need to be change; 1. Closet needs an actual closet hanging bar, the curtain rod is not sturdy and insufficient to hang clothes during stay. 2. Need a real deadbolt.”
