"The hotel is nice. There’s just a few things that really got under my skin. We got there early and we all know check in is at 3 pm. We had to go so they can check in our luggage and we could wonder around. The gentleman told us to come back around 1 and see if the room is ready. We come back at one and they scold us about coming early and check in was at 3. Jacuzzi was closed about 40 min early and the guard said he closed at 8 when reception says 9? We got charged for a towel that we didn’t...

"This property was great. Being on the first floor with kids was amazing and they had their condo stocked with beach toys and fun toys the kids played with. Very close to the beach and the pools and the amenities at the resort are amazing. We loved our time here and would definitely book here again "
