「The resort is beautiful and the lake is stunning. I love the units and how big they are, totally worth the money. However, the staff behind the front desk are rude and make the check-in process uncomfortable. Luckily I dont have to deal with them afterwards. Other than that its worth the stay. 」

「酒店太小，进屋就上床，临街，晚上警车救火车声音很吵，隔音很差，貌似跟纸板隔音似的，隔壁掉地上东西的声音都听的很清楚。下次不会再住了。」

「Friendly staff, clean room and very welcoming environment. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast in the hotel. However, there are many good restaurants nearby. Will definitely come back again in the future. 」

「The room and amenities are generally all great, esp for families that need a kitchenette. The pool, restaurants and flat turf areas for young kids to run around we're perfect for us. The only thing lacking is probably the pace of service. They mentioned they were short staffed, so asking for additional items like blankets, towels, taking out the trash, etc. took the full day and additional reminders to get the items in.」
