「The room was filthy. Very expensive considering that it offered very little. Not worth it. Recommend staying somewhere else. There are many options across the street that offers the same convenience to the national park. 」

「The property was tidy and clean enough but hard not to notice the rust on the toilet paper dispenser, the tag on the blow dryer was rotted and leaving residue all over the counter, missing paint on the walls, inside the fridge and carpet looked dingy. I think a few more upgrades would do this place a lot of good! I did appreciate the upgraded furniture and it was pretty quiet throughout the night l!」

「Great location at the edge of the NAU campus and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the NYE celebration downtown. The breakfast was good and the evening food & drink reception was a nice bonus. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Family friendly with board games to enjoy. The staff were nice. The parking garage was convenient. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「We were in town for a wrestling tournament and this hotel was very close to the venue which was a huge plus. It is conveniently located near many food places as well as shopping. When I walked in to check in, I was greeted promptly and the front desk lady was friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The room was big and clean.
