「The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions」

「The area isn’t the best a lot of homeless people wandering day and night, however no one bothered us. I walked alone day and night with zero issue. For a non smoking complex there was a lot of marijuana smoking taking place in the complex. Beds were good building was quiet. Received the codes and everything thru email or the app. Building was clean. There was sonder staff at the building everyday if you needed to ask questions, as well as email or communication via the app. Pool area had a smell...

「We had a wonderful stay. When we noticed water on the floor in front of the fridge, I contacted 'someone' and a maintenance man came and emptied an overflowing tray... easy, quick fix. My only complaint of sorts is kind of silly in a way, but it was something I noticed literally every day: The toilet paper is of such poor quality that it fell apart... I mean literally disintegrated... when used. It was annoying, for sure, but, of course, did not interfere with our enjoyment of our stay. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the gentleman who checked us in was amazing. The one thing that I did not like was we couldn't get a later check out then 10am. It is very early for checking out. Especially when our flight is at 5pm」

「Very nice amenities but parking was awful. They lure you into a time share presentation. The room was nice, had some weird quirks. Lights came on in the middle of the night, fan would start and stop randomly. Not enough garbage cans and the toilet ran all night. We were on the 3rd floor and the upstairs neighbors had children running laps every night. I never received the receipt I asked for to find out what the charges were for」
