"After a long day of training, it was rather disappointing to return to a room that had not been touched by housekeeping services. Upon returning from my second evening of training and before going upstairs I asked the front desk if my room had been cleaned yet, it had NOT! The front desk person stopped what she was doing, told me to rest a few minutes in the lobby and she went upstairs to get it done. It was beyond clean. Her customer service skills were excellent. "
