「It was one lovely, lovely stay! We chose the Family Villa (1st floor), rooms are large. The serenity was commendable with music from running visible spring water beneath a balcony, accommodation was clean. The resort also had nice grassed walkways. BBQ dinner was in a small hut by spring side and costed mere BDT 500 (USD 6.5 approx) per person, which was amazing value for money. Breakfast was a bit shabby, they could do better with at least 2 meat items to choose from. Location is properly...

「Although overall it was a good experience with a comfortable room and lovely ambience, the room service and house keeping requires monitoring...requests were taking extraordinarily long time and some of them were not at all clued up...food and buffet breakfast were satisfactory 」

「Booked room not available, was offered a twin double which was rejected as it smelled of smoke, finally given another double twin that was acceptable. After that the stay was good with great service. 」

「Horrific experience. My entire trip was ruined because of one night's stay at Woodstock. There is no hot water here and the water is incredibly dirty, I fell sick the next day and was sick for my entire trip after this horrible hotel. Absolute garbage in every way, which is consistent with all Polo Tower properties. Terrible company and terrible location. Disgraceful Service in every way. 」
