「An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF. Moreover, when you asked/question them, the staff will behave RUDELY AND...

「Our room was comfortable. Thermostat was easy to understand. Tea kettle was in poor shape. Would be nice to have slippers and/or bathrobes. Did not have any hand towels or face washer/wash clothes. Only bath towels. Not enough bottled water or toilet paper. Would have given more kudos for the "eco friendly" category if you provided RO water in glass bottles so that you didn't produce so much waste with plastic water bottles」
