「No toilet paper and other amenities refill, been talked to the staff a few times and get ignored about bath tub stopper no one come and check or fix and unable to help us change the room. The hotel charged twice and still cannot get a refund… bad experience ever! 」

「We arrived at the lovely spa hotel for winter vacations and loved the site, location, access to amenities yet being slightly tucked away in peaceful surroundings. Staff is an absolute pleasure here, from reception to spa , leisure and pool facilites, to restaurant staff and even the cheerful chef who is a regular at the work out gym, everyone seemed so friendly , helpful and accomodating. 「Overall my room was spacious, nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits in the hospitality tray. The publix parts of the hotel are lovely and the restaurant staff were really nice. Only negatives were that bathroom needed few bits of maintenance although again it was very spacious and clean. The duvet cover on my bed has a rip in the seam, just brought down the standard a bit. That said I will book again without hesitation. 」
