“Could not fault this place”

“Hotels.com took booking. 2 days later The Accommodation rang me direct to advise they were closing the weekend I was due to stay. Contacted Hotels.com and after several connection issues with an out of UK contact centre was unable to find alternative. Bit hacked off as was advised my refund would take 7-10 days to process. Should have been immediate if out of my control. Found another booking privately. Hotels.com still asking me how my stay was!!!”

“We booked a last minute stay at the Fistral Beach in a sea view double and what a view it was over Fistral Beach. The room was clean and a good size so you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. The bathroom was clean with a range of products to use if you don’t want to take your own. My only grip was that it was a shower over a bath but that is a personal preference and the shower was powerful. We ate, twice in the Bay Bar, the staff were friendly, engaging and went above and beyond……
