「Very cute and charming little house! It was perfect for what we needed. The property and house were very clean and tidy. It’s great location in terms of distance from every thing, had the weather been warmer we would have walked everywhere! The host was very responsive and helpful in many suggestions for the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood. Thankfully this house made us feel safe in a somewhat ify neighborhood so we were extra grateful for a safe place to sleep! 」

「Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc.」

「We had a really wonderful and cozy stay here. We enjoyed being in a vintage property. The backlot needs some cleaning so that it is more enjoyable in summer. I would recommend staying in this property for a vacation.」

「Stay went well although we had a tire problem along the long drive which deterred us some from our itinerary. Host offered suggestions which we followed and it rectified the problem to get back home. Thank you!」

「Check in was a breeze, had no difficulty finding parking despite it being first come first serve street parking only. The inside of the house is beautiful, though as any old has its quirks. For parents of young kids, be aware the house is noisy (specifically stairs/doors) and sound travels so a sound machine I would have been really helpful for bedtimes/naptimes. We cooked a thanksgiving dinner while here and the kitchen had most of what we needed in terms of pots/pans/kitchen tools etc as...

「4 Friends came to Western NY for a weekend of relaxation. We were able to easily walk to the falls, the casino and eateries. Three bedrooms and 4 beds were perfect for our group. Rustic charm, had all that we needed :)」

「Kitchen is nice and has a good size, parking for 2 cars, house (front and inside) was very clean, AC works good even thought upstairs (in the rooms) is little hot, 2 of the 3 rooms has a fan. Backyard was not a pleasant site to see or stay and/or stayand stay. 」
