The only down side relates to the cleaning team They never cleaned all the room Cleaners were in everyday but never cleaned the bathroom area

Was a small wait to check in as it’s just round corner at the bar, was given a sea view room with balcony which was very nice ( was £10 dearer on booking and not selected so classing as a nice upgrade) Bar area is very nice. Breakfast is served from 7.30 which is a little late and meant I couldn’t partake, would be great if you brought it forward to 6.30/7.00 for people who are staying for work and need to travel.

It is a brilliant property with a great pub/restaurant in a lovely area that has been revived in recent years. Can't go wrong as the rooms are huge so very accessible and quiet with lift access and perfect sea views on the front

Great seafront location for a short stop over….rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean and attractive bar and dining area. Food was good - great breakfast choice. Staff were friendly and always available….great location. Would certainly recommend.
