"The room was very clean and had a great view from the balcony. Due to the bad weather, I was not sure if the flight would take off or not so I checked out after 3pm. The hotel didn't charge me any extra fees and even informed me about my flight status time to time. The employees were friendly and welcoming. There was a good safety measures to avoid the spread of COVID-19. I had a great stay and next time I visit Jeju, I'm gonna definitely stay at Pacific again. Thank you for your great service. "

"Friendly staff, clean room. Spacious room. Medium firm mattress. Bus stops just outside, about 15-20min walk to dongmum market. Some restaurants and 7/11 near the hotel. Only downside is the air conditioning sometimes doesn't work, it turns off by itself and you can't adjust the temp or fan speed. And the walls are thin, so you can hear other geusts. "
