「Keeping in mind that this is a small family run hotel in the Avila old town I am giving it my highest rating. This is not an international style 5 star, so don’t expect that. First the staff, some of which I presume are the owners, (José, Ricardo, Diego, Victor and one whose name I missed) were extremely helpful and friendly. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. 「飯店就在大教堂的旁邊，一開窗就看到大教堂，地點很好，離muralla 也很近，唯一美中不足的就是他是四星的飯店但竟然沒有Wi-Fi ，和櫃台反應，他們竟然說網路壞了，實在令人很錯愕，雖然只停留一晚，但沒有網路讓旅客很不方便」

「Fantastic location and rooms are very comfy. The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. We had a great time in Avila and the fact that this is right at the castle gate and forms part of the castle wall makes this place so special as well as easy to get to. Parking is secure and easy too.」
