「Das Zimmer war super, große Zimmer sogar eine kleine Küche plus Kühlschrank - alles war sauber. Auch die Lage direkt am Zentrum ist sehr gut. Personal freundlich und engagiert. Das einzig Negative war das Frühstück, dieses war sehr „süß“ gehalten, es gab nur eine Sorte Käse und wenig Aufschnitt dazu Baguette Stücke, ansonsten viel Kuchen und Süßkram. Insgesamt ist es aber sehr empfehlenswert. 」

Lovely Romina was so helpful, making recommendations of restaurants / areas to visit and reservations for us. The facility of nearby parking was really beneficial. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!」

「From check-in to check-out…superb service. Asked about a taxi for airport departure during checkin. Receptionist called our room after we had unpacked and asked if we’d like her to book the 04:00 taxi. Done. Needed an extra key as I was not touring one day. Done. On the day of departure 03:45, the cheerful receptionist met us at the elevator to help us with our luggage. Done. There’s in-house restaurant and spa. A gourmet prepared meal in a highly tourist area. We didn’t have time for spa...

「I spent 4 nights n this hotel in a room for the disabled even though I am not handicapped. The location of this hotel provides you with easy access to the main tourist attractions like the Fontana Pretoria and it's just a 15-minute walk to the bus and train terminal (if not carrying a luggage). The main entrance is not on Via Maqueda, so you have to pass through a small pathway with some stinky rubbish bins to get to the hotel. Well, it's quite common to see rubbish bins poorly handled in...

「The rooms are beautiful. Staff is amazing. Breakfast was superb. Comfy beds and amazing pillows. The location is walking distance to everything! We walked everywhere. Just wish it had an elevator. Way too many steep stairs for a senior citizen. Thankful staff carried our bags up and down for us. Knowing this, try to request the lowest floor.」

「Nice place, comfortable, clean and beautiful rooms. You don’t need to take any transport to visit the places, everything is within walking distance (max. 20 min. Walking) One thing that you should know is that there is no lift and the place is quite noisy till 12am. 」
