"This is an excellent area to stay. A short walk from the station, a convenience store nearby and lots of little ‘hole in the wall’ type bars and places to eat. The property itself, although smallish by western standards, is plenty big enough and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I like their customer service because they can respond to my messages immediately and solve my problems. The property's outside environment is quite and safe, and walkable to public transportation. Walk from the property to the market is about 10 mintues and 7-11, family mart, and Lawson."

"The apartment was in a lovely location, about an eight minute walk to the closest station or if your adventurous like me, only about a 25 minute walk from Shibuya Scramble or 30 minute walk to Shinjuku. The bed was comfy and I slept quite well. Check-in was quite easy and the communication with the host was quite easy as well. I'd stay here again."

"The location had a lot of walkable places to eat and shop. It was very clean, the staff were great. The only drawback to the rooms with the bunks is that it is very dark like a cave. We had two adjoining and felt like we were in a bunker with little space to move. The beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. It was not as enjoyable to “lounge” in the room during downtime. "The staff here are brilliant, they are always smiling and greet you whenever you go by reception. I want to give a special mention and thank you to Koha who communicated so promptly and let us store out suitcases FOR FREE for 6 days whilst we then went to visit Kyoto, when we came back from Kyoto to check in for our reservation. This is beyond generous, I would give 6 stars if I could. We were scrambling for how we could securely store out luggage and the hotel just took care of everything. The rooms were clean, area is safe, great coffee and shops nearby too. The rooms can be a bit small when you have multiple suitcases but it's similar for the area so can't complain too much! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant."

"The staff was very helpful. Especially Guest Relations spoke English. It helps foreigners navigate. Har for us when there is a language barrier. Also suggestion, if trying to accommodate foreign busy, please have English TV channels other than CNN, as I am on vacation and want to relax not stress about the world. By asking your GS we were able to have a very nice dinner, since we had no clue as to where to go. "

"The Tokyu Stay in Nishi-Shinjuku was absolutely amazing. From the rooms to the staff they were the best of the best. The room was clean and fully stocked when we got there and the staff even offered to help us up to our room which we thanked them for but denied. They even helped us out when we mistakenly sent some of our lugage to a different Tokyu Stay just a few miles away. They called the hotel and let them know we would be picking the luggage up as soon as we could. Thank you for the hospitality we hope to visit again."
