「The staff is very attentive I had a massage it was wonderful Malú was very polite and attentive. Karina at the Spa was also nice! The times we were at the pool José meme Sure our drinks were always full! Lunch pool side Pizza & Sushi was delicious Misael and Selena were great! I love that they have a Coffee place at Cupcake Abel & Marlén always welcome us with a smile and remember our order!! We had dinner at Tortuga Alberto was incredible!! This is the 4th time we come here and we happy...

「The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.」
