"Overall great property with direct beachfront access & decent selection of restaurants. A property of this scale & price should have microwaves in every room though. Pretty ridiculous to have to go outside the hotel to one of their convenience stores for a microwave if you’re not in a Villa. At least put one in the lobby. "

"The restaurants were not open at all times and being that were far from town need more food options a dining options so we can enjoy at diff venues. Cost of food was a bit expensive and with kids it adds up so maybe a discounted pizza bar and ice cream bar for kids to eat so available at all hours and easier for parents. Lovely views and staff experiences. "

"Really enjoyed my time at The Wyndham. The room was clean and comfy, staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect—close to CongoBogo. we rented the scooter to ride down town. Would definitely stay here again! Santiago was very attentive and served us with great attitude. He made sure we did not need anything while we ate. Thank you Santiago for adding extra comfort during our stay. "

"The staff made my whole experience. They were friendly and helpful all the time. The property is so clean and so neatly kept. I love the buffets. The pool was nice and the view even more breathtaking. I love the fact that I can utilize the other sister hotels And everything is a walking distance and it’s super close to the marina. There’s always a taxi or Uber is there immediately. Everybody’s always willing to help in a timely manner."

"It was very nice with two exceptions. The first room we were assigned the door did not lock. The attendant saw it and reported it. However when we went into the room there were cockroaches and this was disgusting. I complained and they moved us to another room. However I had requested feather free room due to my wife’s allergies. They did not have feather free and never communicated this with us. They finally gave here couch cushions and a pillow case. Not really to comfortable. Other than this...

"Wonderful resort, like all the RIUs I've stayed at. Clean, affordable, good food and good fun. A little loud through out the night, but people are inconsiderate, not the hotels fault. "

"Spacious room, clean, well appointed. Hotel located in the Southern part of hotel zone thus only 12-15 minute drive to the airport. Pool area nice with swim up bar. 3-4 pools in total plus a kiddie pool. Also have 8-9 jacuzzi style mini pools along the edge of pool area overlooking ocean. Big issue here is finding pool chairs during day as folks go down early and “reserve” them with their towels or other belongings. If you don’t play this game too, you risk not having a chair, as happened to me...
