「The service is great, especially the front desk staffs. They offered us a suite room as they asked if this is our 1st time to Abu Dhabi or Dubai & we say yes. 「I left a response with the Duty Manager on the horrendous attitude and service of staff at Jose Spanish Restaurant and he said he would get back to me. After few days till after check out there is no response. Keep in mind I’m a Hilton Diamond Member so not sure what non members might get 」
