「I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. 「The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. 」

「I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! The staff called Darika that helped me check in has a unwelcoming attitude and not helpful at all. The location of this hotel isn’t great and far to anywhere. 「首先話冇我的房種同家人同層, 如要同層有另一間, 員工話一樣, 沒有太大分別, 但入面根本細好多, 完全不一樣, 入面所有嘢都爛容容似的 這房不應拎出嚟租出.. 跟住要求換房, 房種跟我訂的一樣, 但冷氣好嘈. 家人房間, 水壓不足 樓下餐廳食物質素差. 這個價錢跟服務完全不成正比. 叫MARRIOTT 但完全不是一間MARRIOTT 的standard 」

「noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night. the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room. 」
