「good: I got the room on the 3rd floor. The view was nice as it faced directly to the buildings opposite. I could take a look at the traditionally British houses. The room was warm and cosy. Lift functioned properly. Impressive TV channels (over 200?). Close to supermarkets, eateries, regent's park, sherlock holmes museum, tube station. There's even a sunday farmer market! Could reach the more central part of London in half an hour. The area around the hotel was quiet. bad: The bed sheet and...

「The lock was not working. So I stayed outside of the apartment for over one hour. It was very stressful. After jumping through many many hoops, calling, emailing, trying to open a different box (which was stuck) in order to get the master key, I got it and got in. This room is very small. But private. Very good location. Nice warm temperature. Very big tv. Nice bathroom. Very nice double/queen bed. Nice beddings. Kitchen. Fridge. The location was extremely good. 」

「I arrived to find the key box broken so this did not inspire confidence in security. On entering, the apartment was filthy and had not been cleaned since the last occupant was in there, so it was not habitable. I had to leave and make alternative arrangements at considerable cost. I then received a phone call saying I had gone into the wrong apartment and the correct one was clean, however my question was how could I possibly access an apartment I am not meant to be staying in? I did not feel...

「We really enjoyed our stay at this very convenient hotel. Our room was just perfect for me and my daughter for the week in London for a nursing g conference and some pleasure afterwards. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. So pleased with the cleanliness and the hotel smells so good. The location is close to a lot of bus stops and underground trains to explore the city. Would love to come back and stay here for next time! 」
