「The room and bathroom were clean. Everything was functional. The beds were very comfy. We checked in around 1am with no issues. The staff was very nice. Parking was easy, and the location is very convenient to major roads. 」

「Nice, clean newer hotel at The Highlands. My only gripes were no USB charger outlets anywhere in the room, and the heater sounded like a thunderstorm (lots of howling wind and rain pelting the windows).」

「Because they accept pets, they should have certain rooms designated for guests with pets. The first room they gave me, smell of dog urine. I requested a different room and they were polite, and promptly gave me a different room which was cleaner, the furniture was less worn, and did not smell. Need to upgrade the pillows. Coffee bar was stocked and pleasant. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place to sleep, at a low amount. This is it. Staff were very pleasant !!」

「Great quick hop off the highway. Clean, bed was stiff, but that’s not an issue. Water pressure was a little low but still fine for showering. It’s a just off the highway hotel but wasn’t loud from road noise, big plus. My only negative is the pillows. Warm pillsbury dough would have had more support. But given I drive a 10 hour route and this is about midway point. I will stay here again.」

「The staff was excellent and the hotel was a nice hotel. Our bathroom wasnt cleaned the best and had drops of blood through it. I cleaned it myself. Halls were a little noisy woke us up while sleeping but that isnt the hotels fault. Overall though very comfortable, nice pool and hot tub. Our room itself was clean (except the bathroom floor). 」
