Staff was amazing, very help. Not many outlets was my biggest issue while staying. Didn’t have anywhere to plug in my phone unless I unplugged the alarm or the lamp. Which it worked, the outlet was loose tho. So depending on what you plugged in it would fall out. Everything else was great. Overall pretty clean, noticed a couple of small things but nothing huge. Would come back to this hotel

The staff were professional and kind and when we found bedbugs they switched our room and let us have our money back- But whoever owns this building needs to put some work into improving the conditions.

The room was quiet and clean and the staff friendly and responsive. However, the first-floor hallway was dark and dingy, the A/C couldn't be turned on because the knob was missing/broken, and the outlet next to the bed wouldn't hold the plug-in for my charger, which simply fell out, so I had to plug in my phone in the bathroom.
