"The Belvedere is a great old midtown NYC hotel. I love its Art Deco style and its Hell’s Kitchen location. It’s very close to all the bars and restaurants of 9th Avenue and Times Square, yet it’s amazingly quiet around the hotel. The rooms are small and some of the facilities are old, but it looks like the bathrooms have been updated. Highly recommend."

"Lucerne Hotel had wonderful staff, loved the 24/7 doorman; room was very nice and bed and bedding was very comfortable. Room was not spacious though. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again. Location was excellent with so many places to eat and felt safe. The American Museum of Natural History and Central Park are a 5 minute walk. "

"Excellent!!! This hotel was fantastic!!! Great location in the Upper West Side. Room was fresh and large. Everything was automated including the shades. Shower was terrific offer both a rain shower and a standard shower head. "

"Very clean and modern rooms. Rooms are small but enough room. Lots of bureau space. Beautiful bathroom. Excellent staff and location. Right across the street from Carnegie Hall and easy walk to Grand Central. Would definitely come back. "

"The Pearl did not have any air conditioning and heating. Fortunately we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and removed the hotel fee. Since the temps were in th le 60s so neither hot nor cold, it worked out in the end"

"Hotel Newton was closed for renovation and despite calls and requests to Expedia they continue to send messages that I would and did stay there."
