Lovely Hotel. Wonderful room & fanstic view. Suite 1301 looks out over the city. Stunning. Points for improvement... we couldnt find any logon code for the internet; we couldnt find anyway of controlling the temperature in the bedroom; had to hunt for the 2nd towels; minibar said "with compliments" and upon opening the fridge there was 2 small bottles of water in it. A bit tight for a high cost suite. Negatives are minor and can easily be remedied to make the stay easier, but the hotel, staff, view and food was great.

Check in was a little slow. Rooms are a good size and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom with shower was very good. Breakfast was rather expensive but the full english was very good. Also good selection from cereals and cold buffet. Service was friendly and efficient.

Very friendly staff both on reception & at breakfast. Comfy bed, ideally placed for AO Arena or Victoria station. Nice decor. Plentiful breakfast with excellent choices - only gripe is food was served on a cold plate so doesn't keep food warm but other than that I would definately stay again

Good location for AO Arena, transport links and shopping. The room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet for a city centre hotel. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The only meals that we took in the hotel was breakfast which had a decent range of choices was tasty and had decent sized portions. The only thing that let the breakfast down was the awful beverages. The OJ, coffee and tea were weak and tasteless. This surprised me as the hotel is part of a US chain. Come on spend an extra 50p a head and serve decent beverages.
