"I stayed for 3 nights, I booked a King city view room, at check-in I was told I was upgraded to a garden view room. Upon getting in the room I was greeted with two double beds. Not having sleep in 24hours reduced my willingness to call and complain. The hotel it’s self is very clean but very out dated. "We stayed in the family room (changed from double), as the double room was a dark pit. The family room was spacious for 2 people, for a small additional fee. The hotel is in a convenient location, a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal, but there are no signs so its difficult to find. There is a shortcut through the hotel, which we didnt know about until the final day, so ask the staff about that. "One of the best holiday we have had so far! I know may people have commented on how beautiful the grounds of this property is, but i need to reiterate that is wonderfully gorgeous. Definitely different from the run of the mill Western style hotels, only minutes away from the Nile..Way more peaceful than the east bank situated in a very friendly village.
