"We wanted to see the area of Shenzhen north, so we choose to stay in the hotel. The hotel itself is very well maintained, nice big room and very clean. Service at front desk and concierge is great. The hotel can go to the shopping mall ICO next door, so very convenient. It's not close to subway, but it's fine for us."
"Rooms were spacious, well-designed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful even though we couldn’t speak Chinese. Breakfast was great, lots of different options even for vegetarians. Unfortunately the hotel does not have good sustainability. They offer plastic bottles in the room and there is no water fountain in the gym - again only plastic water bottles. "
