Check in at 5pm but told me the executive floor room that i booked has been sold out and asked me to downgrade to normal floors but still grant me executive lounge access. very disappointed about this arrangement as overbooked is not my issue and how could you ask the guest to downgrade but not upgrade instead since it’s your internal issue of the arrangement. waited at the checked counter for half an hour then give us a double bed suite. however, the double bed suite was poor in condition: 1. usb socket near the bed one was not working at all for both usb socket; 2. air con was unable to adjust and keep being 26’C even i switched to 18’C, it was too hot over the night and couldn’t sleep at all; 3. wifi in the room is poor and always unable to connect internet even i have connected to the hote wi-fi and i was almost using my own data roaming; 4. TV reception is poo also, some channels was unable to watch or not clear due to the reception issue
I am the Marriott member and i would say this is the worst experience i ever hard in Marriott hotels
