My daughter had a long layover in London and was excited to get in around 6, check in and walk around the city but instead had a three hour flight delay and major problems with her phone. Even though she didn’t get there til almost 11, by some miracle she was able to get checked in, safe and sound.

A lovely property in a quiet area close to Belsize tube station bars and shops. Our host was great with good communication before and during our stay. The room was clean, cosy and the breakfasts were excellent. For those who are less mobile there is no lift and the stairs are quite steep. We would happily stay here again as it is a good base to travel in for Central London.

Great B&B. Clean and comfortable, in an area of London that is quiet and just outside of the buzz of the city centre... but with easy and quick access everywhere via the tube stations at walking distance nearby. I'd definitely stay again if in the area.

Had a fantastic 2-night stay at Lekha's B&B with my friend. We chose the accommodation due to its proximity to the Roundhouse where we were attending a concert. Primrose Guest House is in a lovely quiet area with a good choice of pubs and restaurants within a short walk. It's also not far from buzzing Camden, but is closer to Belsize Park for the tube. Lekha was a lovely host and we felt very welcome there. It was lovely and clean - the twin room was spacious (especially for London) with an ensuite bathroom and for the price we paid, was amazing value for money. The included breakfast was cooked to order - I had a vegan option including Linda McCartney sausages and oat milk. Definitely would recommend.

Super Place to Stay
A great location and area of London within a five minute walk to the Beisize tube station. Lehka was very kind, hospitable and accommodating. A very comfortable bed and quiet location. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely stay there in the future.

My daughter and 1 spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed it. Nice and helpful owner, delicious breakfast, good beds and shower. Luckily, there was also a plug adapter available for our continental devices. And after checking out, we were allowed to leave our trolleys and pick them up in the afternoon, which was great. It’s not far from underground station Belsize Park in a nice and safe neighbourhood. We would definitely book a room here again.

A quiet Leafy London stay
Arrived at 5pm and sent to our room at the top of the house. Tea and coffee in the room which was our first priority. Slept well after a tasty meal at The Washington, a pub 5 minutes walk from Primrose house. Breakfast was lovely, with a friendly chef, choice of cereals, fruit, cooked English, and cakes made on the premise. Only one night, but would stay again if we go to London next year!

Had a very enjoyable stay at Primrose Guest House. The owner was super helpful. Breakfast was delicious and fast. I would have given this establishment a 5 except for having to drag very heavy luggage up a flight of stairs.

Super freundliche Leute, großartiges Frühstück, die Aussicht hinten raus war toll, die Umgebung ist sehr schön, es ist gut mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen und recht nah an der Station, diverse Cafés und andere Gastronomie in der Nähe, ebenso Supermärkte - ich fand’s toll. Aber: Man sollte wissen, dass es nicht sehr zentral liegt. Nah an Camden, aber bis zur Oxford Street oder zum Westend fährt man einen Moment. Wen das nicht stört, der bekommt hier eine sympathische Unterkunft.

We found this guest house very easily and we were met by Lekha. She was so welcoming and showed us around the house, explained a lot and gave us ideas for dinner options. This guesthouse is in a great location, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are amazing!! It’s in a very quiet location. Only drawback is no lift if you have big bags with you. That did not impair our stay. We recommend this guesthouse and hope to be back.
