「Jolly Beach is a great family and budget friendly place for the holidays. The staff is helpful and kind. Some of the rooms need updating (particularly the AC units) but when the beach is this perfect who stays in the room? All inclusive makes it easy for everyone to get what they need. We were back 10 years ago and it really hasn’t changed. Golf course is well taken care and the golf pro Kenny was so helpful and patient. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. 」

「The Pink Palm provides its guests with an attractive hotel in the center of Charlotte Amalie, which makes it possible for guests to walk round town and avoid taxis. Each room is unique in its design. Many have lovely views of the harbor, as do the many patios. Equally important, maybe more important, the staff goes above-and-beyond. Anything we wanted appeared quickly and was presented enthusiastically. 」

「One of the prettiest resorts on the island! The suites are well laid-out and the nearby hiking path to the tide pools is great! Staff was very helpful. On the downside, the location is isolated and Carambola's dining choices are overpriced and not very good. Their food is average at best. There should be a poolside bar/restaurant for small bites and drinks, at affordable rates. If the food was better, and more favorably priced, I think more people would stay in the resort for dining rather...

「Hotel Mafolie has the most gorgeous view on the island. It’s an old hotel in need of many upgrades, which are in progress. The restaurant and pool bar had been damaged in a storm and are in the process of being rebuilt. The pool is small but perfect to cool off in, surrounded by umbrellas and chaises. There is a continental breakfast served on the restaurant terrace each morning, and it’s satisfying without being fancy. The view overlooking the harbor is amazing. The staff is the highlight...
