「Modern and clean accommodation with wonderful view and access to hiking trail. Loved the close proximity to River Rock Roasting Co. An easy walk for sandwiches, pizza, pastries, coffee, and beer! The only negative is traffic noise. It’s on a busy street with pretty constant traffic noise. There is no sound screens by the road or between the buildings, so don’t expect to hear the sounds of nature while enjoying the views.」

「We were looking for a place to stay for our 4 day trip to Zion National Park that still allowed us access to some of our basic needs like coffe shops, grocery store, gas station etc. This location was the perfect for us. 」

「This property was perfect for us. Everything about the property was just as described and better. Extremely quiet neighborhood and beautiful views! We were able to travel east to Zion NP and NW to the other side of Zion (Kolob Canyon) and from there just a little further to Cedar City and Cedar Breaks National Monument.」

「Had another wonderful trip. We have just found a favorite place to come play with our growing family. Cliff and Rose are amazing owners who are so helpful to make sure our trips run smoothly. Pool and hot tub area is great and lots of space for everyone to enjoy being together. Figuring out our next trip down!!!!!’」

「Spent the weekend here for a wedding in Zion.. This home had all the amenities of a resort. All the bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space so everyone had their privacy. My family of 9 (all adults) enjoyed the backyard and the game room. Some even cut their Zion hikes short so they could hang out in the backyard. Close to food stores and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Overall, a 5 star stay for us.」

「I loved staying here and will definitely stay here again. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed how large the suite felt. I loved everything about it. My only suggestion to make it even better than it already is would be a fire pit. I would give it 6/5 stars instead of 5/5. 😄」

「We absolutely LOVED our time in this VRBO right outside the entrance to Zion! We walked every day into the park! Quick access to the Zion NP shuttle! It was great to go do a hike and then come back and rest before going back to do another hike! It was a great short drive (1 hr along the beautiful scenic 12 to get to Kanab for a Coral Cliff's Peek-a-boo canyon tour!) The owner was quick to answer my many questions! It was very nice to have a Subway below the apt for quick grab and go dinner...

「We decided to stay here to save on our Zion/Bryce trip. We rented a car from Vegas. It was about 2.5 hrs. to get to the rental. To Zion visitor center was just under an hour. Bryce was about 2 hrs. Those were long days but so worth it. The property is beautiful and surrounded by mountains, I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. The stars were out and the moon was large over the mountains. The best surprise for me was Kolob at sunset. Kolob is a great national park with a scenic drive...

「Where to begin...This cabin was one of the most memorable parts of our entire trip (visiting NV, AZ, and UT from RI). Collette, Mel, and the entire family was so welcoming and helpful. To say this place is beautiful is an understatement. The perfect place to unplug and connect with nature. I cannot give this enough stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My only worry is that it will become too popular in the future and out of reach for the average family like us. Keep up the great work!
