"We absolutely LOVED our time in this VRBO right outside the entrance to Zion! We walked every day into the park! Quick access to the Zion NP shuttle! It was great to go do a hike and then come back and rest before going back to do another hike! It was a great short drive (1 hr along the beautiful scenic 12 to get to Kanab for a Coral Cliff's Peek-a-boo canyon tour!) The owner was quick to answer my many questions! It was very nice to have a Subway below the apt for quick grab and go dinner...

"really nice property. incredible bathroom, shower, and tub. they were huge and really nice. we arrived at night. the building address is really difficult to see because it's painted the same color as the brown building, and it's higher than the brights on the car shine. no elevator for third floor stays."

"It was spacious, modern, attractive, clean, quiet and well laid out. It had all the amenities we could possibly need, and then some. Its location couldn't have been better, smack dab in the middle of town. Our host texted several times to make sure we were making out all right. The entire family (all adults) felt comfortable, safe, and relaxed. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Springdale. "

"Property was beautiful. Very artistic and welcoming. The Host was amazing and very easy to communicate with. She went beyond host to treating me like family. The cabin was beautifully decorated for the holidays, warm, cozy, comfortable and safe. "We had a great stay at this property. The property was immaculate and cozy. Our family of seven was very comfortable and had plenty of space. Everything in the apartment was like new. The kitchen has no oven or stove, but two plug-in portable burners worked great for us. Additionally, the communication from the property owner, Hollee, was excellent, and their processes were straightforward to follow. I recommend this property and would gladly stay there again."

"Modern and clean accommodation with wonderful view and access to hiking trail. Loved the close proximity to River Rock Roasting Co. An easy walk for sandwiches, pizza, pastries, coffee, and beer! The only negative is traffic noise. It’s on a busy street with pretty constant traffic noise. There is no sound screens by the road or between the buildings, so don’t expect to hear the sounds of nature while enjoying the views."
