"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....

"The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room."

"Very nice lobby and breakfast. Close to central walking area. The area around the back of our room, and the guests below our room, were very loud into the night. Difficult to sleep until things quieted down at 1am. Parking is off site, either 20 Euro per day at the closer parking lot, or free at the lot that is a 15 minute walk away (not fun if raining). "

"Just came back from a fabulous trip to this hotel. Lovely and clean and very well maintained- we were half board and the food was delicious and beautifully presented - they accommodated all our meal requests (we were 2 pescatarians and 2 non red meat eaters) so happily - as if it wasn’t an effort at all. Spa was lovely and we enjoyed the sauna steam thoroughly after we finished skiing for the day. It’s a quiet place so no nightlife, but it still suited us. Ski bus just around the side of hotel...

"This was our first ski trip to Europe. The manager Sandra and her staff made for a wonderful experience. Our room was large and comfortable. Although it was immediately over the bar/restaurant, the hotel quieted down completely by about 10:15 each night. Breakfasts were amazing and we had dinner at the Seebichl twice. The food was excellent and the menu changed significantly between nights. My partner was able to find non-meat and non-dairy options both nights. We took the ski shuttle to and...

"Staff was incredible. Helped with any request we had. The shuttle service is great as you’re not walking to town unless you’re a mountaineer or in shape. Breakfast was phenomenal. I can’t express how great the staff is. Premium family apartment was perfect for the four of us."
