"We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. "We had a great stay for a week's skiing at The Landhof Hotel. It offers large, well equipped, clean apartments and for a very reasonable price. The service from all reception staff was first rate. They went out of their way to make you feel welcome. They sorted our lift passes for us and ski lockers at the Hartkaiser lift for no additional charge.
