「Beautiful hotel set in amazing grounds. Very frosty conditions during our stay which added to the overall ambience. Staff very attentive. Food was excellent. We had a lovely dinner in the Hermione restaurant. Breakfast choice very good. Bar was very busy in the evening with just one person serving so it could have been better staffed. Open fire in lounge was a lovely touch but went out early in the evening and there was no one to relight it despite our requests. Shame as it was an extremely cold...

「We stayed in the lodges accommodation which are modern and comfortable. Food in the Hermione restaurant was delicious with plenty of options. The staff are so friendly I cannot afford this gorgeous hidden gem」

「Beautiful property although out of the way. Big portions on bar food and reasonably priced. Only couple of downsides. No cappuccinos at breakfast as like to start day with one and ac not working and had to bring in our own. Definitely work a return visit.」

「Easy check in. Very helpful reception staff. Room was clean and well maintained. The only downer was the restaurant, where the service was a bit on the slow side. We intended to have a sweet, but after waiting for the dessert menu for 20 minutes, we called it a day and asked for the bill instead. Food we had was good though.」

「Parking at the multistory parking next door was 22€/day. Hotel is beautiful upon entering. Restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The allergens were not correct on the menu though so ask before ordering if you have allergies. Room was spacious and beds were good. Corridors really dark. Breakfast very average but staff were nice.」

「check in very slowly.The hotel server people said“3 o'clock”，But I didn't have one room until 3 o'clock. The room's lamp was bad.and haven't hairdryer，haven't heating pipe.I called servers thrice,They didn't solve any problems.I don't know why four star.入住办理很慢，说三点有房结果到点依旧没房，房间的灯是坏的，没有吹风机，暖气也是坏的，打了客服中心三次电话，没人过来解决任何问题，不知道哪来的四星」

「Upon arrival we were told that they had no reservation for us and asked us to wait while others got checked in then after we made a few phone calls trying to arrange alternative accommodation they said that they had found our booking.」
