「We got the family selection swim up while it was on sale and we were treated like royalty, everywhere we went! The resort is so beautiful and there are so many things to do! They have all types of different animals on the property like flamingos and monkeys, felt like we were staying in a zoo, which is an extra experience in itself. 「We just spent 7 days at the TRS Yucatán resort and it was incredible! The property grounds were beautiful, and the attention to detail at this resort make a difference. Upon check in we were greeted by our butlers Gabriel and Belen in villa #70, and they made our vacation so much better. They made dinner reservations for us, booked us massages at the spa, booked us in for some evening shows, and were always quick and friendly with any questions we had. 「Beautiful property but the food was not great at the restaurants we were pushed to make reservations with. The buffet was the same food as the restaurant food just on a different scale. Also we had a hard time getting a hold of guest services for towels, the room was cleaned towels were taken but never replenished. Took 2 days for that to resolve. 」

「It is the staff that makes this place so special. Of course, being nude is a highlight as well. The facilities are tired and need to be upgraded. It is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms lack in almost every aspect. They are small, 2nd floor for the most part have no balconies, the furniture is worn, and some of the tiles have been replaced, don't match, and have chipped on the adjoining pieces. The beach is almost non-existent so it is Hidden. I'd still return and I love it but some things...
