「The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.」

「Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out.」

「The unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. "酒店內環境和房間都讓人挺滿意，只是酒店的地理位置真要說明一下，對於不是開車直達酒店的旅客真的不太方便，雖然地圖顯示是在新山檢查站旁邊，但附近並沒有比較直接的路線能通往酒店，得繞一大段距離才能步行至酒店大堂，而且那段路程完全沒有斑馬線，拖著行李橫過車來車往的馬路真的挺危險，附近在大型施工還需要經過地盤工地，女性遊客可能需要考慮注意一下。"
