「Good, clean and safe」

「The place is near the city area and the surrounding is very good. The only complaint is the link bridge to JB CIQ/Shopping Complex is truncated which make it quite difficult moving to city square, one of the shopping centers.」

「Checking was 20 minute event of stopping at security, writing down details, walking to letter boxes, walking back and fining parking. Property smelled. Never aat in such a hard couch and didn't think you could buy TVs so small anymore. What few pieces of furniture there were are falling apart. Clock in wall not working, no toilet paper etc. Noisy environment from traffic and patio lock doesn't work. No idea how these ratings were achieved but extremely miserable place. 」

「Spacious apartment, very well equipped, and a very responsive service team. 50 meters from the KSL City Mall which offers a good choice of food and the Lotus Supermarket therein surely adds to the convenience.」

「2 days before my stay, i had reached out to the apartment via Expedia and directly - to request for early check-in as i was coming in to JB in the morning. However there were no response from them at all (despite the info provided is to request at least 24 hours in advance). When i got there, i had to frantically look for a contact number to reach out to, so that i could get the check-in details. Nothing was provided to me. 「The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.」

「quite some procedures to follow to get access into unit. unit was clean and neat although shower needs to have better insulation from water seeping out. Check-in at 4pm, check-out by 11am and a late charge to be imposed every 15min block is the least desirable part of the stay. Good access to KSL mall.」
