"This traditional Onsen and inn has excellent staff that is very patient, kind, thoughtful, and pays attention to details. They were very friendly, and willing to speak English to explain and introduce new foods. No matter what time we stopped by front desk, they answered our questions with a smile. They cleaned mud off our shoes after our visit to snow monkey park. Their shuttle service to park and train station was super helpful. They even returned my mother’s forgotten hat to her on the rapid express train before we left town after check out. "
