"Great stay at the Valley Wing. Staff very nice and helpful. General Liang is so thoughtful and kind. I was having my birthday and she even sent a cake to the room. The new airport sendoff service is a godsend. It includes a staff member at the airport carrying your luggage to the counter and helping you get the boarding pass. I’ll use that service next time I visit for airport pickup, too. The hotel is a little old. We all know that. But the staff and service at the Valley Wing sparkle. "

"CONS: The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and their was mildew all over the shower. We found random small bugs in the room on 2 or 3 counts. "The room was dirty, (toe nail clippings on the floor by the bed) cold (radiator was never more than luke warm) - the beds were very, very hard. the en-suite bathroom had a window into the main room! One complain I would have is for Hotels.com the print out of the booking needs to also be available in the language of the country being visited - the reception staff could not read it - resulting it taking over an hour to get booked in when we got there!"
