"I’ve enjoyed staying at this hotel, but it’s not as nice as it used to be. The staff are friendly but some seem not well trained. The hotel is nice, but is it worth the money? Feels like the hotel is not as well managed as it used to be. The spa upstairs is very run down and the steam sauna has been broken for months, with no indication of when it will be fixed. "Since we were traveling with our baby, we couldn’t climb Taishan. So we wanted a nice view of the beautiful mountain during the trip, and the hotel room had what we wanted. Breakfast was below our standard—both western and Chinese didn’t meet five star level, I think. Many praised its proximity to Wanda plaza and we made it there, too. But remind that hotel is not directly connected to the shopping mall and you still need to walk outside for 4-5 min."
