Not having a keycard or access to the pool was a big disappointment.No keycard was provided, and the office told me that because we booked through VRBO we wouldn’t have access to the pool or resort amenities, this was disappointing and I feel the listing was misrepresentative by stating it had a pool and including pictures of that without stating it’s not available to you. ”
