We were very disappointed in our stay. First, the first night, the smoke detectors were beeping from about 2am until around 9am.when I called at 3:20am and I was told there were no maintenance workers overnight and that they would be in for work at 8:30am. So we all got NO sleep. Also the room was extremely cold so we were freezing as well.
We asked for a refund for the first night and the desk clerk rudely told my husband she would only give us a $50 resort credit or a break on the hotel fees. She paid no attention to the fact we were up the entire first night listening to the smoke alarm going off every 43 seconds and insinuated it must not have been that bad because we didn’t call right away at 2am, which is completely ridiculous, especially since there was no one available to fix it until the next morning! We didn’t even check in until 11pm that night so by the time we got to bed we were woken up by the beeping.
The next afternoon after returning from being out most of the day we returned to a slightly warmer room but still too chilly. I called and requested 6 additional blankets bc they are thin, and was told I could only have 4 blankets for a 3 bedroom suite.the man said he’d send 6 but only sent 4. the next 2 nights the heat was not working properly and we were freezing all night. the mattress in the main king bedroom, was as horrible, large crater and collapsing side.Ran out of hot water when filling jacuzzi tub.The bedding was poor quality and thin.dont stay here!
