「The check-in instructions I received on my phone were clear, concise and to the point. The morning after, I found myself calling both the management company and Expedia. My complaint was about the absurd noises and door slamming coming from flats neighboring mine. The noises subsided but for the duration of my week’s long stay, they never fully ceased. 「What can I say but wow, wow and wow! Bettys was amazing so good in fact I stayed another week. Everything was great from the lovely welcome pack to the comfy beds. The garden was a real bonus as it’s totally secure so I could relax knowing my dog couldn’t get out. My dog loved it as he could chill out and do his zoomies, he is a very big dog but there was more than enough room for him. The bungalow has everything you need and is so homely I didn’t want to come home. Have booked another 2 weeks...

「The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. 「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Poor soundproofing

"The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. Worst carpark and hotel is soso

"It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)"
