We went for my wife's birthday celebration for 3 nights, from june 23rd - june 26th. We were received by bellman "santos" who was really nice and attentive, took our luggage and showed us where to check in and change to more comfortable clothes, he later took us to our room and recommended us some activities. Check in process was ok, not excellent, had to wait for room because it wasnt ready. When we got the room there were blood stains on the floor which i had to complain 3 times until they got cleaned the afternoon of our secind day in the resort.
Pool service in general was not good, staff is rude and not inviting, 2 bartenders where incredible and thats francisco in the swim up bar and Omi in the beach bar, the rest will not care for you if they dont see a tip in your hands.
The food is not good at all. First day in lapalapa restaurant by the pools i had a ceviche and a salmon tartar that were room temperature
French couisine gourmet restaurant in family side of the hotel is horrible, slow attention, slow time for your food,rude servers. We ordered lamb chops medium and we got rare and cold lamb chops. The desserts where room temperature aswell.
Sushi restaurant was really good but we where told that even if we got to the teppanyaki section we could get sushi, and after asking 4 times for it, it never happened.
Breakfast was amazing. Nobody knows about activities. Felix reception was amazing. Abigail lobby bar the best!
Wont recommend it wont come back.
