we tried to book diner reservation on the app for the following 5 nights, and all restaurants not available, this is not acceptable, as we not able to try the Teppanyaki, steak house, Gourmet a la carte for total of 5 nights, we even went to the guest service to ask for help, and ended up the last night at steak house! tried to walk in but not accepted even inside is not full! ended up guest service manager has arranged 4 of us at Gourmet a la carte, but the hostess said don't see our reservation, and we said it is empty inside, and she let us in, by the time we finished after 1.5 hours, it is still not full, so why it is fully booked on all restaurants. We been travelled around Caribbean resorts for years and never encounter this situation! and the guest service staffs kept telling us to eat at buffet...
some staffs are not that friendly; room is big and clean;
at the end, we are not going back to this resort and not recommend to my friends
