"Rooms were spacious, well-designed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful even though we couldn’t speak Chinese. Breakfast was great, lots of different options even for vegetarians. Unfortunately the hotel does not have good sustainability. They offer plastic bottles in the room and there is no water fountain in the gym - again only plastic water bottles. "
"Comfortable, spacious room. Courteous staff, particularly Anne at the front desk. Breakfast has a good spread but mediocre in terms of quality (noodles lady is a little rude). Subway station is about 10 min walk, unsheltered for most parts. Hotel is connected to a shopping mall with lots of choices for dining. Hotel wifi can access google. TV has a variety of channels. Overall a pleasant stay. "
