Excellent Hotel Service
Excellent, friendly service. Cannot rate the service the Hotel staff provided, more highly. The hotel situated right in the centre of Hanoi. Molly and Tiffany in reception helped with organising tours at a very reasonable price and laundry to be done at short notice. Also helping to interpret for us when a difficult situation arose for an outside purchase. Anthony and Daisy deserve special mention: they are by far the most helpful and friendly hotel staff we have ever met in our travels…..and we have travelled extensively.The breakfasts were delicious and they were flexible for us when leaving early on excursions. The Spa body massage was perfect. Thank you

Great Stay With Great Staff
The Hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The staff was accommodating and kind and went beyond to meet our needs. They always had great tips for navigating our explorations. The breakfast was also plentiful and always fresh. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel was in a great location, the breakfast was excellent! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Spa on 1st floor was perfect we enjoy our relax time there. The staff went above and beyond in particular the night team of Andrew and Anthony! Every member of staff were friendly and helpful! Would stay here again.

Best Hotel In Hanoi
Best hotel staff ever, we were in the area to store our bags, and the luggage storage area was closed. They offered to let us store our luggages for free, and were so hospitable throughout. Friendly staff, hospitable service, and it’s an area very central in Hanoi. Book here! You won’t regret choosing this hotel.

Best hotel service and experience
The staff were very friendly (one of the best) and offered to store our luggage and even let us take a rest at their place for free! Very highly recommend. The hotel is very accessible and it is very clean.

Great staff, convenient location
The staff were the most accommodating. Many of them speaks great english. Can ask for recommendations. The location is very good in the centre in the old quarter only take 5 minutes walking to the night market, 10 minutes to the lake, may restaurants nearby, train street is behind.

This hotel is good and convenient for transportation. Find peace amidst the noise. You can go anywhere on foot. Room facilities are good. There are many breakfast dishes. The front desk staff, Daisy, is friendly and provides convenience. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good. The hotel also provides various travel routes and quotes.

Hotel is on a quiet street in a very central location. From the reception and travel desk to the breakfast staff - all were polite, always helpful, and very friendly. Special thanks to Daisy and Andrew who are both so sweet. I stayed here twice and both rooms were clean. Wifi was quite good. I would definitely stay here again!

The room is like in the photos, everything is very comfortable and pleasant. They make you feel great. Molly's help has been incredible since we lost the suitcase and she was waiting for us to get it back. We have felt very good and we will definitely repeat.

This place is a wonderful quaint boutique hotel perfectly located in the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff are excellent in customer service, especially the front desk. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They made me feel like family. Breakfast had variety options. They also had great Spa room on 1st floor you should try foot massage hot stone.
