「Very attractive gastro pub off the beaten track. Excellent food and range of drinks. I was fortunate the weather was glorious so an evening in the beer garden was appreciated. The room was a good size if only a little dated. The large sash window offered little in sound proofing but had the most glorious view across a field of sunflowers. 「Great place for families to stay after a day in Southwold. We stayed in one of the family rooms which was the best hotel room we have stayed in with our two children - plenty of space and we didn't feel on top of each other at all. Brilliant breakfast the next day, great choice and lovely FOH lady, who really looked after us and was kind to the children. 「We stayed at Caistor Hall as we were going to a wedding reception nearby. We received a warm welcome when we checked in. The room itself was very large with a good modern bathroom, although to get the shower at a reasonable temperature was a work of art - you need to be patient that the hot water will eventually come! 「The Sugarbeat B&B is a great home from home, staff, food and service is top notch! Our room ‘Manilow’ was ok but noisy in the morning from 0700 with extractor fans for kitchens, plus doesn’t go off until 1100. The room low roof made it very difficult to relax, plus only one chair to watch tv or have a coffee in room. Cleanliness could be a little bit better with some stains and marks on furniture. Overall an excellent place and have booked again for April.」

「On arrival staff were friendly and helpful towards me and my husband. Once we received our key card we headed for our room. On arrival we noticed some of the furniture to be a bit worn out. Needing a revamp. The bathroom was where it definitely needed some work.
