"First time in Kobe. Nice hotel in the harbor. I stayed in a corner suite on the 9th floor. Had a great view of the harbor. Was nice to sit out on the deck at night and have a drink. The second morning staying a cruise ship pulled up right beside the hotel. It was so quiet you wouldn't even know they were coming in. "The family room is spacious for family for 4. On arrival, was informed that the staffs are trying to fix a broken lock for the room, and offer to help bring luggage to the room. While in the room, there was a power trip and the staff was able to help fix the issue within 10min. Really thankful for the responsiveness of the staff. "

"Property is showing its age a bit but was obviously a luxury hotel at one point. Everything is very clean and the staff are excellent. We took advantage of the available breakfast every day and it was very good. Here again the staff were great and even offered to package breakfast for my son who could not get to the restaurant on morning. Location is great if you have a car (we did). "
