"We really liked the location, just a few minute walk from the Palace. Free on-site parking was a big bonus as well. The room was clean, looked like new, and bedding very comfortable. Now what not to like. $18 breakfast per person is too much. We had great coffee and pastries in a nearby bakery paying just $7. And the check-in was really bad. The reception was supposed to open at 5pm, but it was still closed at 5:15, with several guests waiting. Luckily we found that after 5 the check-in machine...

"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment.
